HOW TO ENTER
Instruction to join!
1. Participants are required to color the provided artwork by Kidzori. This artwork can be obtained from the “Download Artwork” section on this page. Choose any category.
2. Participants should download the artwork in A4 size and color it using digital color, crayons, colored pencils, or watercolor.
3. Once completed, participants are requested to scan or take a picture of their artwork and submit it through the Registration/Submission Form on this website (Below).
4. Participants are also required to like the Kidzori Facebook page (facebook.com/kidzori), then scan the proof of the like and upload it along with their submission through the Registration/Submission Form on this website (Below).
5. Entries that fail to follow the above instructions will be disqualified.

COLORING CONTEST
Term & Conditions:
1. The contest is free & open to all Malaysians aged 3-12 years old. Only one entry per person is allowed.
2. Entries must be the original work of the person submitting them.
3. Participants must use official materials and the entry form available on the Kidzori Website (kidzori.com/ramadan-coloring-contest).
4. The entry form must be submitted online through the webpage submission form as a jpeg, png, or pdf file.
5. Entries must be made in the appropriate category to be eligible for a prize.
6. Entries will be judged based on neatness, originality, and appropriateness of the artwork. “Be creative!”
7. Various media such as digital color, crayons, colored pencils, or watercolor are welcome.
8. All entries must be uploaded online through the webpage submission form by 12 pm on Friday, April 5, 2024.
9. All entries will be displayed on our website and social media platforms.
10. Winners will be announced on Monday, April 17, 2024, at 5:30 pm at Kidzori website & Social Media.
11. The artwork becomes the property of the organizer. The decision of the judges is final, and any objections or appeals will not be considered.
Each participant will receive an e-certificate of the Kidzori Ramadan coloring competition.

COLORING BOOK
The 2024 Coloring Book features artwork of Glen the Frog and illustrated moments and memories from Come-See-Me. Grab your crayons and colored pencils and have fun bringing the pages of our 2024 Coloring Book to life. Remember to check out the annual Coloring Contest form, which can be found on the last page of the Coloring Book or online. Selected artwork will be displayed on the CSM Festival App.

Participant Information:
The participant’s name and age will be collected for contest registration purposes only.
The participant’s school name may be collected for demographic analysis and reporting.
Parent/Guardian Information:
The parent/guardian’s name, email, and contact number will be collected for communication purposes related to the contest.
The parent/guardian’s contact number will only be used to contact them in the event that their child is selected as a winner of the contest.
Data Usage:
All data collected will be used solely for the administration and management of the coloring contest and marketing purpose within Kidzori.
Participant and parent/guardian information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Data Security:
Measures will be taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of all collected data.
Access to collected data will be restricted to authorized personnel involved in contest administration.
Data Retention:
Participant and parent/guardian information will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
Upon conclusion of the contest and distribution of prizes, all collected data will be securely disposed of or anonymized.
Consent:
By submitting the registration/submission form, participants and parents/guardians consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Kidzori reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to enhance data protection measures.
